While his core expertise is in the apparel industry, he also leverages a strong quality-driven and customer-focused approach to support sourcing, supplier management, and supply chain operations across the Home & Living and Consumer Goods sectors.

Throughout his career, Erkan has held senior leadership positions with globally recognized organizations and senior leadership experience with Fortune 500 retailers and global sourcing organizations, led regional and global teams across China, Bangladesh, Vietnam, India, Europe, Africa, and the Middle East. He has successfully managed large-scale supply chain operations, supplier development programs, quality systems, and digital transformation initiatives supporting hundreds of millions of dollars in annual business volume.

His expertise includes supplier sourcing and qualification, factory capability assessment, quality management systems, product engineering, technical product development, production optimization, logistics coordination, and strategic supply chain consulting. With extensive hands-on experience working directly with manufacturers throughout Asia, Erkan helps businesses build reliable, efficient, and sustainable supply chains while minimizing risk and improving operational performance.

Having lived and worked in China for a decade, Erkan combines deep local market knowledge with a global business perspective.
